Supports the compliance programs of two investment management firms by administering Code of Ethics pre-clearances, investment guideline monitoring, testing, regulatory filings, audits, and compliance reviews. The role monitors securities, fiduciary, AML, privacy, cybersecurity, ERISA, and trust-service compliance; identifies risks; coordinates with departments; prepares committee materials; and assists with regulatory examinations and training.

Manage and broker personal insurance accounts, assess client risk-management needs, market new and renewal business, and build strong relationships with insurer partners. The role requires relevant insurance experience, state licensing, strong communication, strategic thinking, teamwork, and intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. A bachelor’s degree and insurance industry designations are preferred.

Develops new personal insurance business, leads client relationships, grows the book of business, negotiates fees and scope, conducts prospect research, creates client-facing content, participates in industry groups, and executes annual business plans. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, business development expertise, client management, and appropriate state insurance licensing.
