Coordinates RFI, DDQ, and RFP responses for institutional investors and advisors, ensuring accurate, timely, high-quality deliverables. Supports client onboarding, capital activity tracking, reporting, client directives, Salesforce administration, investor communications, and client service operations. Supports the compliance programs of two investment management firms by administering Code of Ethics pre-clearances, investment guideline monitoring, testing, regulatory filings, audits, and compliance reviews. The role monitors securities, fiduciary, AML, privacy, cybersecurity, ERISA, and trust-service compliance; identifies risks; coordinates with departments; prepares committee materials; and assists with regulatory examinations and training.

Manage and broker personal insurance accounts, assess client risk-management needs, market new and renewal business, and build strong relationships with insurer partners. The role requires relevant insurance experience, state licensing, strong communication, strategic thinking, teamwork, and intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. A bachelor’s degree and insurance industry designations are preferred.

Develops new personal insurance business, leads client relationships, grows the book of business, negotiates fees and scope, conducts prospect research, creates client-facing content, participates in industry groups, and executes annual business plans. The role requires strategic thinking, strong communication, business development expertise, client management, and appropriate state insurance licensing.

Leads risk-based operational, financial, compliance, and SOX audits across real estate and hospitality operations. Responsibilities include planning audits, evaluating internal controls, testing financial reporting controls, assessing REIT-related risks, documenting findings, recommending improvements, reporting to management, validating remediation, and collaborating with external auditors and stakeholders. The role also supports risk assessments, special projects, investigations, and continuous improvement through audit technology and data analytics.

Manage client assets on a discretionary basis using the firm's Global Thematic Equity strategy. Conduct macroeconomic and company-level research, maintain portfolio allocations, prepare investment reports, and communicate portfolio performance and financial planning matters to clients and prospects. Support client acquisition, marketing events, professional partner relationships, and client retention while contributing to investment management practices.
