The Operations Manager supervises theatre operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, guest service, conflict resolution, staffing, inventory, safety compliance, facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and equipment issue response. The role supports promotional events, maintains a welcoming environment, delegates tasks, monitors productivity, and ensures policies and certifications are followed. This position requires evening, weekend, holiday, opening, and closing availability, along with hands-on assistance across ticketing, concessions, cleaning, and auditorium operations.

Assist the Theatre General Manager by supervising and training staff, coordinating daily operations, handling guest service and complaints, managing inventory and schedules, ensuring safety and compliance, supporting marketing/promotions, performing opening/closing and cash-handling duties, and stepping into varied front-line tasks as needed.
