Teams at B&B Theatres

Drives group sales and event bookings for a theatre and entertainment venue through outbound prospecting, relationship building, venue tours, and inquiry conversion. Manages client communications, contracts, deposits, event briefs, and follow-up while coordinating with operations and department leaders. Tracks pipeline activity, bookings, revenue, and client touchpoints. Supports promotional events and venue activations, maintains client satisfaction, and works flexible nights, weekends, and holidays.

Provides front-line guest service at a movie theatre, including greeting and assisting guests, processing ticket and concession sales, preparing food, ushering, monitoring auditoriums, cleaning facilities, restocking, and supporting opening and closing procedures. Requires evening, weekend, and occasional holiday availability, along with the ability to work in loud, crowded environments and lift up to 35 pounds.

Manage daily theatre operations including hiring, training, staffing, guest service, facility maintenance, inventory, safety compliance, scheduling, and coordinating promotions and events. Handle guest/employee escalations, mentor staff, perform varied hands-on tasks, and ensure a positive guest experience during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
