The CNC Mag Machinist is responsible for setting up and operating the Mag machine cell, ensuring precision measurements, maintaining specifications, and meeting production goals with minimal supervision.

Set up and operate 3, 4 and 5 axis Haas CNC Machines, verify settings, troubleshoot processes, and meet production goals.

Lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for efficiency and quality. Collaborate cross-functionally, mentor engineers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
