Develop and execute a territory business plan, build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, communicate complex clinical information, and achieve sales and profit goals. The role involves hospital and physician outreach, account-based selling, CRM tracking, data-driven opportunity planning, credentialing with healthcare institutions, and periodic field and air travel. Candidates should have strong pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare sales experience, business acumen, presentation skills, and the ability to manage key accounts independently.

Lead franchise-level primary and secondary commercial analytics, own commercial data strategy and vendor relationships, produce executive reporting and forecasting inputs, build subnational and territory analytics, pilot AI/LLM tools to automate reporting and modeling, and champion data governance and responsible AI use.

Lead global cross-functional program and launch readiness activities for pharmaceutical products. Partner with CSO/CMO and commercial and R&D leaders to develop integrated plans, manage stage-gate reviews, conduct risk mitigation, maintain documentation repositories, and drive continuous process improvement and product integrations into PLM.
