Develop and enhance Payara platform features (application server, cloud, platform services). Design, debug, and optimize enterprise Java systems, participate in architecture, improve CI/CD, automate testing/deployments, and support cloud/container deployments. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive quality, reliability, and performance improvements across the product.

Build and grow Azul's partner channel across Germany by identifying, qualifying and enabling reseller partners. Drive partner recruitment, training, and joint go-to-market activities, qualify inbound leads, maintain accurate SFDC records, collaborate with sales and marketing, and support closing complex enterprise deals. Travel across the region occasionally.

The Inside Sales Representative - Prime focuses on generating leads, progressing sales opportunities, and closing deals for the Azul Prime product, collaborating closely with Account Executives and Sales Engineering teams.
