Supports People operations for an EMEA team on a nine-month contract. Responsibilities include HR systems and documentation, employee lifecycle processes, right-to-work checks, onboarding and offboarding, employee data reporting, learning and development, engagement, benefits, rewards, performance management, compliance, communications, and change management. The role also improves HR processes and employee experience while collaborating with HR, Finance, leadership, and employees across geographies.

Sell Azul’s enterprise software products to new and existing clients across the Nordics. Responsibilities include prospecting, developing a 3X quota pipeline, cultivating client relationships, closing monthly and quarterly business, and winning competitive deals with Sales Engineer support. The role requires extensive new-business software sales experience, channel-partner experience, consultative selling, deal qualification, multilevel selling, and strong communication and presentation skills.

Build and expand Azul’s partner channel across the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. Identify, recruit, educate, enable, and qualify prospective resale partners; develop partner-sourced opportunities; collaborate with sales and marketing on strategic programs; manage lead and activity data in Salesforce; support sales-cycle execution; and provide regional recruitment insights. The role includes partner training, relationship management, complex deal support, and occasional travel across the region.
