Azuba is an independent cloud-based health information platform that enables consumers to automate the secure management of their health information at no cost to the consumer. Azuba enables consumers and caregivers with digital access to the consumer’s health and medical records across healthcare providers (physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, labs, dentists, urgent care, etc.), payers (insurance companies) and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs) while securely sharing that information with other providers, caregivers and family.

Azuba has the potential to change the face of healthcare in the way Google has changed common search, the way the smartphone has changed access, and the way Facebook and LinkedIn have changed social interaction. Azuba provides access and actionable information to consumers and the healthcare community that serves them, while curating data and data access algorithms that form the basis for tomorrow’s health care breakthroughs.

Azuba is an early stage company without any products, customers or external funding. However, we have completed a detailed business plan, pitch deck, website, mobile design demo and other technology platform infrastructure.

We are now seeking two entrepreneurial co-founders, a CEO and a CTO, to lead, develop and grow the company. The CEO should have previous experience leading enterprise SaaS start-up technology companies in healthcare. And, the CTO should have previous experience designing, developing and supporting innovative multi-channel (e.g. mobile, tablet and laptop/desktop) enterprise SaaS solutions for patients, payers and/or providers.
