Draft and negotiate contracts, manage corporate filings and board processes, develop policies and templates, monitor regulatory developments, respond to consultations, and coordinate with external counsel and cross-functional teams on IP, token/option strategy, and regulatory issues.

Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for a flagship product: conduct user research, translate insights into product recommendations, run growth initiatives, create product content and launches, partner with product and engineering, and track performance to drive adoption and engagement.

Hands-on Finance Lead responsible for FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, treasury and cash management, monthly and board reporting, overseeing AP/AR and external accounting providers, maintaining controls and finance policies, supporting capital allocation and strategic projects, and acting as the primary finance partner to leadership in a lean, startup environment.
