Analyze and document credit and risk business requirements for banking solutions. Define functional specifications, user stories, risk indicators, controls, dashboards, and decision rules. Collaborate with Risk Officers, Credit Analysts, Product Owners, developers, and testers in an Agile environment. Support backlog refinement, workshops, implementation, UAT, regulatory reporting, credit monitoring, exposure management, covenant monitoring, and workflow automation.

Manage complex hedge fund, alternative investment, and private equity transactions from subscription through settlement and reconciliation. Analyze fund terms, oversee cash and securities movements, coordinate with administrators, custodians, depositaries, and client banks, investigate operational incidents, perform critical controls, mitigate operational risk, produce reporting, and coach team members. The role requires expert judgment in high-risk, non-standardized fund operations and strong stakeholder management.

Manage and process mandatory corporate actions within the Securities Operations team. Responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, controlling risk, handling client and stakeholder queries, applying market and regulatory knowledge, executing procedural controls, supporting operational projects, and migrating processes to Lisbon while coordinating with Swiss teams.
