Owns sales strategy and execution for Azira’s Tourism and Travel vertical across EMEA. The role develops new business with destination marketing organizations, hotels, brands, and agencies; manages pipelines and forecasts; presents data-driven marketing solutions; negotiates pricing and contracts; grows client relationships; and informs go-to-market strategy through market insights. London-based with flexible remote work and collaboration across global teams.

Leads technical pre-sales discovery, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, deal cost modeling, and RFI/RFP responses. Owns client technical escalations, support tickets, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, SLA management, onboarding, data integrations, and API guidance. Coordinates with Product, Engineering, Data, SRE, and global technical teams while improving documentation, processes, and technical services operations.

Design, build, and manage scalable, secure petabyte-scale data pipelines on AWS. Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to optimize processing, implement integration tests, review code/design, plan capacity, document deployments, and align engineering efforts with product and business goals.

Process and analyze large-scale datasets using PySpark/Python and AWS data services; build and maintain scalable ETL pipelines, validate data quality, and translate findings into actionable insights. Collaborate with engineers, GIS, BI, and commercial teams; support KPI tracking, performance reviews, and AI-enabled analytics workflows.
