The Procurement Manager will lead the global procurement team, develop supplier management strategies, optimize supplier base, negotiate contracts, and track departmental performance metrics while fostering continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle for the Consumables & Instruments business: onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, recruitment coordination, absence and performance management, payroll liaison, Workday data management, HR reporting, compliance with UK employment law and GDPR, and support talent, engagement and L&D activities. Act as first point of contact for managers and employees and escalate complex matters to the HR Business Partner.

Drive bookings and new business for sample management and biorepository services in an assigned territory. Manage client relationships, prospecting, presentations, Salesforce CRM upkeep, forecasting, and cross-selling; coordinate with project management and internal teams. Travel frequently to client sites and trade shows to meet sales targets.
