Manage strategic customer relationships across industrial sectors, develop sales plans, identify new market opportunities, negotiate commercial agreements, and promote product offerings. The role also manages forecasts and inventory, maintains CRM data, provides market intelligence and reporting, and coordinates with regulatory, SHEQ, and supply chain teams to ensure strong customer support and supply continuity.

Manage and grow customer accounts for chemical raw materials: visit clients, negotiate pricing and volumes, develop new accounts, set annual sales budgets, analyze market and competitor data, represent the company at trade events, and monitor payment terms to minimize business risk and ensure cash flow.

Manages the end-to-end lifecycle of international customer orders, including purchase and sales order processing in ERP systems, shipment coordination, import/export documentation, invoicing, customs support, inventory activities, and stakeholder updates. Coordinates with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and customers to resolve shipment issues, maintain compliance, and meet order management KPIs.
