Provide technical support for personal care and cosmetics formulations, handle customer technical enquiries and complaints, maintain lab operations and health & safety, manage sample handling and sales toolkits, record formulation and lab activities in CRM, and support sales visits and cross-team knowledge sharing.

Sell and service specialty chemical and agricultural products within an assigned territory. Build and maintain key account relationships, provide technical solutions, forecast sales, use CRM for opportunity tracking, coordinate supplier interactions, manage pricing and expenses, attend trade shows, and grow territory gross profit to meet targets.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI solutions including dashboards, paginated reports, and tabular models. Provide BI support, manage tickets, dispatch issues, and escalate to appropriate contacts. Collaborate with business and technical partners to analyze needs and implement accurate data visualizations.
