Maintain CRM, customer portal, pricing, product, and customer data; negotiate prices and volumes; develop new accounts; achieve sales budgets; analyze market and competitor information; monitor payment terms and business risk; and support sustainability KPI implementation.

Manages inbound goods receiving into the ERP, including certificates of analysis, batch expiration verification, invoice reconciliation, purchase order updates, receipt expediting, pricing updates, and partial shipment processing. Coordinates with suppliers, warehouse staff, Inventory Planners, and financial analysts to resolve documentation, receiving, invoice, and delivery issues.

Processes and manages purchase and sales orders from entry through delivery, coordinating with planners, customers, principals, forwarders, warehouses, and logistics providers. Ensures order accuracy, delivery timelines, import and transport continuity, invoice matching, stock adjustments, compliance, and logistics cost accruals. Resolves order and supply chain issues, maintains ERP data, supports continuous improvement, and contributes to sustainability and operational excellence.
