Own territory sales targets and profitability by maintaining and growing customer relationships, identifying new customers, providing technical solutions, collaborating with PM/CSR/Logistics, supporting campaigns and trade shows, and traveling as needed.

Serve as financial adviser and analyst for Central Europe and Balkans region: develop budgets, forecasts, risk analyses, and financial reports; support decision-making, prepare sales and economic forecasts, present findings to finance and executive leadership, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Manage end-to-end processing and follow-up of customer and supplier orders in D365/ERP, coordinate with planners, sales, logistics and customs, handle documentation and inquiries, optimize costs and logistics, support invoicing and non-conformance resolution, assist supplier onboarding and continuous improvement.
