Teams at Aza Fashions

Develop and execute AZAs digital strategy across social, web, and email. Create, edit, and schedule social content; monitor social listening and responses; run paid social campaigns. Serve as webmaster, manage website projects and analytics reporting; create graphics and edit video; train staff and support cross-departmental digital needs. Provide reports to leadership and support crisis monitoring.

Provides administrative and donor-facing support for development and fundraising: prospect research, donor data management, campaign and grant assistance, fundraising collateral coordination, cross-departmental outreach, event logistics, and stewardship activities to expand AZA's donor base.

Lead development and management of HR programs, policies, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, training, DEAI initiatives, compliance, employee relations, HR technology, and serve as liaison to Diversity and HR committees.
