Leads Ayvens UK's Data Office and enterprise data strategy, overseeing legacy-to-cloud transformation, governance, data quality, regulatory compliance, analytics, self-service BI, AI governance, and data product development. Advises executive stakeholders, manages budgets and suppliers, and builds a high-performing multidisciplinary data team while modernizing the platform with Azure, Databricks, and Power BI.

Supports the organization’s marketing activities, manages and develops the online sales platform and corporate website, publishes advertisements and content, edits social media channels, and plans and executes online and offline campaigns. Monitors campaign performance, collaborates with sales and creative agencies, and coordinates marketing projects. Requires 2–3 years of online or agency marketing experience, a university degree, active English proficiency, project management experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Manage inbound SME customer inquiries, conduct telesales, close leasing contracts, and maintain strong partner relationships. Identify customer needs, support implementation, renew and expand expiring vehicle fleets, coordinate expert input for complex cases, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and engagement.
