Manage and collect overdue balances, support vulnerable customers, resolve invoice queries, minimise credit losses through early arrears management, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and ensure regulatory compliance while meeting daily KPI targets.

Own and execute the CRM product strategy and roadmap, lead cross-functional Agile teams, engage senior stakeholders, ensure single customer view and platform resilience, track KPIs, manage integrations and incident response to maximise CRM value.

Lead investigations into AML, sanctions, fraud, bribery and terrorist financing risks. Remediate control gaps, support SAR submissions, monitor high-risk customers and sanctions matches, deliver training, produce MI and fraud reporting, liaise with external agencies, mentor colleagues, deputise for the Financial Crime Manager, and drive continuous improvement of policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with FCA and UK AML regulations.
