The role manages expectations, evaluates financial and operational impacts, contributes business and product knowledge, and helps optimize project scope, benefits, and risks. It requires understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methods, process modeling, data analysis, reporting, and technology-enabled business change.

Leads the organization’s business transformation and digitalization agenda, including roadmap definition, portfolio governance, benefits realization, process optimization, digital innovation, and change adoption. Manages a team of four professionals and collaborates with senior leaders, Group stakeholders, vendors, and business functions to deliver measurable customer, employee, and business value.

Reviews and enters invoices from vehicle maintenance stations, verifies compliance with contracts and regulations, resolves discrepancies with service stations, communicates with customers about vehicle servicing and operation, updates IT systems, and prepares required reports.
