Teams at Ayvens

Provides on-site support for Ayvens’ Home Depot account, helping coordinate customer service and commercial activities. The role supports fleet leasing and mobility solutions while serving as an embedded point of contact for the client.

Generate and process invoices, complete intercompany billing, apply cash receipts, analyze customer account balances, and resolve billing inquiries and disputes. The role also monitors invoice-processing compliance, communicates with customers, supports process improvements, performs ad hoc analysis, and manages related insurance and claims documentation accurately and on time.

Lead vehicle purchasing strategy and manufacturer relationships to secure vehicles on optimal commercial terms. Negotiate supply agreements, manage supplier performance, monitor market and availability, produce analysis to inform buying, support stock management and governance, resolve manufacturer escalations, and drive process improvements across the vehicle supply chain.
