Lead Ayuda's administrative infrastructure, overseeing HR, operations, facilities, technology, finance controls, compliance, and a multi-function team. Develop and implement policies, manage vendors and IT partnerships, support benefits and payroll processes, ensure audit readiness and risk continuity, and strengthen internal systems across DC/MD/VA offices.

The Temporary Immigration Staff Attorney will represent low-income immigrants in various immigration matters, conduct intakes, provide victim witness orientation, and participate in advocacy initiatives, while collaborating with social services staff and training interns.

Provide supervision and mentorship to legal staff and fellows; represent low-income immigrants (asylum seekers, survivors, children) before EOIR, USCIS, and Maryland courts; oversee pro se and pro bono placements; deliver trainings; coordinate clinics and collaborations with social services; manage grant reporting and related administrative duties.
