Owns the company’s information security and compliance program, including secured on-premises environments, Microsoft 365 controls, access management, backups, encrypted media, logging, vulnerability scanning, incident response, training, policies, and audit readiness. The role administers infrastructure, coordinates with auditors and IT, manages security budgets and assets, and ensures controlled project data is protected through documented procedures, restore testing, access reviews, and ongoing compliance activities.

Processes and quality-controls reality-capture data, primarily registering point clouds in Leica Register360 and Cyclone. Supports NavVis workflows, survey control review, aerial photogrammetry outputs, field scanning, conventional surveys, and data workflow automation. The role also improves file standards, documentation, QA/QC processes, and processing efficiency while developing independent proficiency in geomatics software and production workflows.

Leads BIM/VDC execution and digital delivery across complex AEC projects from pursuit through closeout. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, model coordination, QA/QC, clash detection, constructability reviews, client relationships, consultants, and proposals. Develops BIM standards and workflows, evaluates technology, drives innovation, and mentors project teams. Supports business development, industry representation, and firm growth while ensuring successful project outcomes and improved coordination performance.
