Lead the design, configuration, optimization, and support of Workday PSA, including project costing, billing, revenue recognition, resource management, time tracking, integrations, and reporting. Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Project Management teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and process automation while ensuring alignment across Workday PSA, Financial Management, and HCM.

Provides advanced technical support for enterprise software, including troubleshooting applications, operating systems, networks, and integrations. Owns customer cases through resolution, communicates status, documents interactions in CRM, coordinates product fixes, and supports escalations. The role also mentors junior team members, maintains knowledge resources, contributes to process improvements, and may provide rotating after-hours assistance. Strong communication skills in English and French are required, with technical knowledge of Linux, databases, networking, security protocols, virtualization, and web services preferred.

Partners with account executives to develop technical sales strategies for enterprise accounts. Leads discovery workshops, solution architecture, demonstrations, proofs of concept, executive presentations, and RFP responses. Advises customers on API management, enterprise integration, cloud architecture, security, AI gateways, and governed AI initiatives. Represents the company at industry events and supports thought leadership. The role is based in Sydney, requires Australian work rights, hybrid onsite attendance, and up to 25% travel across Australia and New Zealand.
