Lead UX design practices for enterprise applications, creating user-centered products and improving design systems. Collaborate with product managers, architects, designers, developers, marketers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality designs aligned with product scope and timelines. Contribute to patterns and templates, participate in design reviews, manage design trade-offs, and develop a strategic vision for interconnected products.

Manages end-to-end subscription renewals for moderate-to-complex SaaS contracts, including outreach, pricing validation, negotiations, contract preparation, and order execution. Maintains accurate forecasts, mitigates churn risks, ensures policy and revenue-recognition compliance, and partners with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Deal Desk, and Legal. The role also improves renewal processes, handles escalations, and supports recurring revenue growth.

Design, deploy, operate, and troubleshoot secure network infrastructures, including SASE, BGP, firewalls, SD-WAN, cloud networking, reverse proxies, and Layer 3 leaf-spine data center fabrics. Manage VXLAN/EVPN overlays, security controls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, vulnerability remediation, audits, migrations, and network improvements. Collaborate globally, document configurations, resolve complex incidents, and support compliance reporting.
