Partner with delivery and product teams to deliver strong client outcomes and translate advanced technology into commercial business impact.

Leads Axtria’s Commercial Excellence consulting practice, advising clients on incentive compensation, commercial strategy, field force design, segmentation, targeting, salesforce effectiveness, and analytics. Translates business objectives into AI-, data-, and analytics-driven solutions; manages complex projects and executive presentations; identifies growth opportunities; develops high-performing teams; supports hiring; and creates thought leadership. Requires 7–15 years of commercial strategy, operations, analytics, or consulting experience, with strong incentive compensation expertise and preferably life sciences exposure.

Lead commercial analytics and AI initiatives for life sciences clients: manage engagements, grow P&L, build capability and teams, deliver AI/GenAI-driven analytics solutions, drive business development and thought leadership, and customize Axtria proprietary analytics to generate measurable commercial outcomes.
