Leads corporate IT business solutions by translating business needs into product backlogs, requirements, process improvements, and technical implementations. Partners with stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners; supports application configuration, testing, releases, troubleshooting, reporting, automation, governance, and regulatory compliance. Serves as a product and technical project manager while advancing cloud architecture, cybersecurity, AI-enabled initiatives, and operational efficiency across regulated pharmaceutical business processes.

Supports monthly and quarterly close, journal entries, financial reporting, SEC filings, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, tax compliance, accounts payable and receivable, audits, SOX controls, and clinical trial accruals. Partners with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, R&D, and other functions on process improvements, international operations, management reporting, and strategic finance initiatives. The role requires onsite work in New York City three days weekly.

Leads external financial reporting, SEC filings, technical accounting research, financial statement preparation, and SOX 404 internal control activities. Drafts accounting memoranda and policies, monitors accounting standards and SEC rulemaking, coordinates with auditors and internal stakeholders, and supports quarterly and annual reporting deadlines. The role requires strong U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, technical accounting, and public-company experience, with on-site work in New York City at least three days weekly.
