As a Software Engineer, you will develop scalable backend systems, integrate AI capabilities, optimize data workflows, and collaborate on AI-powered feature delivery.

Serve as primary relationship and project manager for a portfolio of festival and greenfield clients. Provide operational support, client communications, issue resolution, on-site event support, and product education. Coordinate cross-functional teams, track support requests, deliver status reports, and help ensure client satisfaction and contract renewals.

Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. Coordinate timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications. Maintain PMO artifacts (program plans, RAID registers), support release readiness, and coach teams on agile practices. Facilitate alignment, retrospectives, and process improvements, mentor project managers, and provide concise updates to leadership to increase predictability and delivery outcomes.
