Leads full-stack web application development, owning front-end architecture, performance, accessibility, scalability, and user experience while supporting back-end services and APIs. Provides hands-on development, technical direction, planning, team oversight, engineering standards, and continuous improvement. Delivers consumer-facing and B2B applications, optimizing reliability and responsiveness across devices and browsers while collaborating with Product, Design, and other stakeholders.

Lead technical client onboarding and event implementations from requirements gathering through launch. Configure platform settings, ticketing, access rules, devices, permissions, and integrations; create testing plans; troubleshoot cross-platform issues; train client teams; and confirm operational readiness. Coordinate clients, internal teams, and third-party providers while documenting workflows, risks, dependencies, and best practices. Improve implementation scalability through standardized processes, guides, templates, checklists, and reusable training materials.

Develop and maintain full-stack features for an event technology platform supporting RFID/NFC transactions, mobile applications, and high-performance backend systems. Collaborate with leadership, project managers, and clients; participate in design and code reviews; research technologies; monitor infrastructure and logs; optimize resource usage; and document implementations. The role involves web and mobile development, REST interfaces, Java or similar backend systems, SQL, deployment tooling, and cloud services.
