Lead day-to-day accounting operations, month/quarter/year-end close, and prepare workbooks for regulatory reporting. Ensure GAAP and SOX compliance, maintain internal controls, support audits and regulator requests, implement accounting system automations, and supervise/mentor a team of 7–12 accounting staff.

Own and drive the Proxy Account Opening product roadmap (deposits, brokerage, credit cards). Define workflows, requirements, and data flows; prioritize features; lead product owners and cross‑functional teams; support operational readiness; perform UAT; analyze metrics and customer feedback; and present status and KPIs to leadership.
