Own the end-to-end digital borrowing product roadmap, including lending, payments, notifications, and cross-sell experiences. Define product vision, strategy, and KPIs; lead platform initiatives, experimentation, go-to-market execution, vendor relationships, and executive presentations. Manage multiple product leaders, develop talent, coordinate geographically diverse cross-functional teams, and use analytics and AI to optimize customer and business outcomes.

Develop and support AI-powered tools and applications across Consumer Banking. Maintain AI development and deployment platforms, monitor delivered solutions, and drive continuous improvement. Coordinate new initiatives, prepare leadership reporting, and manage governance, risk, and compliance standards. Collaborate with business leaders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities and measurable business value.

Engineer, operate, secure, and govern enterprise AI and automation platforms across development and production environments. Responsibilities include PostgreSQL and Redis administration, Linux and container infrastructure, high availability and disaster recovery, observability, incident response, CI/CD, Terraform-based infrastructure-as-code, identity integration, RBAC, security controls, audit support, documentation, and mentoring.
