Teams at Axonius

Build and operate Axonius’s internal communications function. Responsibilities include producing monthly all-hands meetings, rebuilding the intranet, managing Slack channels and newsletters, coordinating senior leader and manager forums, preparing executives, and enabling leaders to communicate consistently. The role requires strong writing, editorial judgment, program management, autonomy, executive presence, AI fluency, and experience developing internal communications programs and measurement frameworks.

Supports EMEA and APAC sales leaders with pipeline management, CRM and sales process adherence, forecasting, goal-setting, quarterly business reviews, and operational improvements. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, Business Systems, and Sales Enablement teams to improve sales execution, methodology adoption, and regional efficiency across the sales lifecycle.

Lead cybersecurity asset intelligence research across device, identity, software, and SaaS data. Analyze large-scale security datasets, automate workflows with Python and SQL, integrate AI/LLM tools, and develop asset classification, fidelity, risk, and criticality logic. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to translate research into production-ready cybersecurity capabilities.
