Sells and promotes peripheral nerve repair products across the Salt Lake City territory. Responsibilities include developing customer accounts, managing territory records and inventory, delivering product presentations and medical staff training, identifying growth opportunities, managing expenses, building customer relationships, and complying with healthcare and company policies. Requires a bachelor’s degree, sales experience, strong communication skills, territory residency, and willingness to travel.

Accelerates sales of nerve repair products within breast reconstruction programs across a regional territory. Builds relationships with surgeons, hospitals, purchasing agents, key opinion leaders, and patient advocacy groups; provides clinical and technical education; develops market strategies; supports stocking and ordering; conducts sales calls; leads educational and community events; researches referral patterns; and collaborates with local sales and marketing teams to grow adoption and achieve revenue goals.

Manages engineering and operations programs involving multiple related projects in a regulated environment. Coordinates cross-functional teams, schedules, dependencies, risks, resources, governance, KPIs, and deliverables across functions including Operations, Quality, Regulatory, Clinical, R&D, Supply Chain, and IT. Leads projects from initiation through closeout while ensuring alignment with technical objectives, business priorities, quality systems, scope, schedule, and budget.
