Design dimensional models, develop advanced DAX measures, optimize model performance, govern metrics, build governed datasets and reports, and support deployments and migrations to Microsoft Fabric/Databricks while partnering with finance, commercial, and operations stakeholders.

Manage a multi-state sales region to achieve sales targets for peripheral nerve repair products. Hire, coach, and develop field sales reps; analyze sales/financial data; prepare region business plans; manage inventory and CRM adoption; represent sales leadership at meetings; ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and company policies.
