The Breast Reconstruction Specialist at Axogen is responsible for accelerating sales of nerve repair products to surgeons, providing clinical resources, education, and support. The role requires significant travel and the ability to strategize market development events and maintain relationships with clients.

Manage a multi-state sales region to achieve sales targets for peripheral nerve repair products. Hire, coach, and develop field sales reps; analyze sales/financial data; prepare region business plans; manage inventory and CRM adoption; represent sales leadership at meetings; ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, and company policies.

Lead market development for head & neck specialty to drive surgeon adoption and change standards of care. Develop strategy, integrated marketing programs, KOL and society engagement, analytics and KPIs, and commercial enablement. Build and mentor a high‑performing team while aligning cross‑functional stakeholders to accelerate product adoption and reimbursement.
