Manage supplier and product qualification, audits, documentation review, SOPs, CAPAs, QMS improvements, consignment release, non-conformances, training, and regulatory readiness. Apply GDP, GMP, WHO MQAS, and relevant FDA, EMA, Swissmedic, and ISO requirements while providing practical quality guidance to cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Own Axmed’s communications, brand, narrative, thought leadership, PR, social media, executive communications, campaigns, launches, and commercial collateral. Develop external positioning, create and distribute content, support CEO visibility, lead PR initiatives, measure performance, and build AI-enabled workflows. The role is a hands-on senior individual-contributor position focused on increasing awareness, stakeholder engagement, and growth for a global healthcare-access technology company.

Design end-to-end user experiences for autonomous AI agents in a B2B healthcare procurement marketplace. Create human-review workflows, trust and transparency UI, decision/override flows, and rapid prototypes. Work embedded with engineers, test with live users, and iterate based on production failures to optimize agent-human collaboration.
