Own strategy and execution for scheduling, route optimization, and patient engagement features. Owns the end-to-end technical support function for a B2B SaaS platform, including triage, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, customer communication, knowledge-base development, self-service enablement, SLA definition, proactive monitoring, and product feedback. The role builds tiered support programs, documents resolutions, partners with engineering and product teams, and uses issue data to reduce recurring customer problems.

As a Senior Engineer in DevOps & Infrastructure, you will manage and evolve cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensure security and compliance, and improve CI/CD practices.
