Set up, program, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and multi-axis machines to produce high-precision aircraft components. Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T requirements; select tooling and machining parameters; perform inspections; adjust offsets; troubleshoot equipment; document setups; and conduct routine maintenance. The role collaborates with engineering, production, and quality teams to improve processes and maintain tight tolerances.

Perform advanced thermodynamics, heat-transfer, and internal-flow CFD analyses to support aircraft design, sizing, testing, and performance optimization. Prepare and document analysis, test plans, flight/ground test validation, and engineering practice documents. Collaborate with stakeholders and use CFD, FEA, CAD, and HPC tools to inform design decisions.

Lead EMC engineering for aircraft including EMI, HIRF, LIRF, Lightning, and ESD analysis, testing, certification, and sustaining. Define scope, drive issue resolution, review test and compliance documentation, mentor junior staff, support multidisciplinary teams and international EMC testing, and improve EMC processes and best practices.
