Sell and promote specialty pharmacy services to manufacturers and healthcare providers, maintain territory performance, make high-volume outbound contact (45 attempts/day), document activity in CRM, coordinate with BDM/PSC, secure prescription referrals, manage patient/referral needs and facilitate authorization and order issues.

Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility, determine and obtain necessary prior authorizations, input and document patient and authorization data, process or reverse online claims, resolve PBM rejections, gather and submit documentation, and collaborate with team members to ensure completeness and escalate issues as needed.

Designs and executes test plans and cases for trade feeds and pharmacy systems, conducts testing and defect reporting, generates quality metrics and reports using CPR+ Data Analytics, supports release management, and monitors pharmacy process quality while assisting operations as needed.
