Coordinate 2D AutoCAD MEP designs for mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing building services projects. Collaborate with MEP coordinators, Revit designers, and 3D modelers to deliver international BIM, Revit, and CAD projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Apply relevant codes and regulations while independently supporting 3D Revit MEP and AutoCAD projects.

Performs electrical project take-offs, tender documentation, quantity estimation, value engineering, and technical analysis of drawings, schedules, schematics, and codes. Communicates independently with international clients and stakeholders, uses electrical estimation and design software, and supports project requirements. The role may lead, train, and mentor team members, contribute to team growth, and undertake offshore client visits for training and collaboration.

Lead electrical design and engineering deliverables for commercial, residential, retail, laboratory, and hospital projects. Develop LV/HV systems, calculations, lighting and power designs, schematics, technical specifications, BOQs, schedules, and drawings. Communicate independently with clients, apply relevant codes and standards, use electrical design software and AutoCAD, and provide technical leadership with potential team-management responsibilities.

Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, construction documentation, GFC drawings, schedules, and technical details. Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and multidisciplinary teams; update drawings based on revisions, site requirements, and consultant feedback. Ensure documentation complies with project standards, building codes, and client requirements. Participate in internal training and support live international projects across design development, construction, and execution stages.

Leads HVAC system design and documentation across commercial, residential, retail, laboratory, and hospital projects. Develops concepts, tender packages, specifications, BOQs, schedules, and drawings while applying international codes and standards. Communicates with clients, mentors junior engineers, supports software adoption, ensures accurate deliverables, and may lead a growing engineering team.

Assist with identifying AEC-sector prospects, executing email and cold-calling outreach, maintaining CRM/MIS records, preparing campaign reports, monitoring market trends, following up with leads, scheduling meetings, and supporting senior team members with client engagement across international markets.

Create and manage detailed BIM models and construction documentation for electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and fire alarms. Coordinate electrical designs with mechanical and plumbing teams, perform clash detection and resolution, produce shop drawings and specifications, and ensure compliance with applicable codes and quality standards. The role collaborates with project managers, engineers, architects, and international MEP consulting firms throughout the project lifecycle.
