Leads the Scarborough clinic’s administrative team, overseeing client experience, scheduling, billing, documentation, HR processes, and service recovery. Manages MVA and WSIB claims across seven clinics, including claim setup, HCAI submissions, OCF and WSIB forms, treatment approvals, insurer follow-up, accounts receivable, and clinician paperwork. Builds scalable processes, coaches staff, and ensures accurate, timely administration.

Provide evidence-informed physiotherapy care, establish treatment goals, educate clients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role also offers clinical mentorship responsibilities, including onboarding, professional development, clinical discussions, and mentoring newer physiotherapists across multiple locations. Candidates will contribute to clinical standards, community initiatives, and team culture while receiving structured mentorship, administrative support, continuing education, and leadership development.

Provide front-desk client care and hospitality for a physical therapy clinic: manage bookings, waitlists, billing/claims, cash reconciliation, schedules, facility standards, therapist support, and client communications while promoting clinic culture and supporting operational initiatives.
