Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and feature prioritization for a phygital consumer empowerment application. Drive personalized content, services, and benefits to users by coordinating Research, Data, Technology, Content, Operations, engagement teams, and external vendors. Use consumer insights and behavioral data to improve engagement, retention, adoption, data quality, and business outcomes. Lead cross-functional initiatives and oversee validation, enrichment, quality assurance, and performance measurement.
