Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, attendance, payroll, administration, and statutory compliance. Lead end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning with hiring managers. Drive performance management through daily audits, productivity evaluation, and feedback records. The role requires strong employee relations, problem-solving, attention to detail, and hands-on execution in a structured office environment.

Supervise regional field operations by planning and monitoring projects, coordinating surveyors, managing resources, resolving field issues, supporting onboarding and training, publishing reports and dashboards, controlling costs and timelines, and implementing process improvements. The role also requires field travel, coaching surveyors, and coordinating between field teams and head office.

Monitor survey recordings to evaluate quality and performance, document audit results, provide feedback to field teams, explain errors, and guide improvement. Conduct regional-language training on questionnaires, quality standards, management expectations, processes, and workflows. Support onboarding and assist new team members in understanding operational requirements.
