Manages a 20-person HR team and supports consistent yet locally appropriate service delivery across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Requires up to 20% domestic and international travel and on-site work near Chelmsford, Massachusetts.

Drive technical sales growth across Center-South Italy by designing tailored surveillance solutions, supporting tenders and RFPs, delivering presentations, demos, pilots, proofs of concept, and Axis Academy training. Build relationships with system integrators, end customers, consultants, and technical decision-makers while partnering with account managers and technology partners. Provide expertise across networking, analytics, software, hardware, and services to influence major deals and strengthen customer loyalty.

Drive SoC architecture and end-to-end ASIC development: define system-level requirements, select third-party IP, support RTL design and verification, coordinate with ASIC vendors, and lead evaluations (power, PI/SI, interfaces, security, performance, thermal, memory, CPU, prototype testing).
