Leads Axis Communications’ Southeast Asia sales strategy, business performance, and regional growth. Manages and develops Sales Managers, drives revenue, market share, profitability, forecasting, pipeline accountability, and strategic customer and partner relationships. Oversees market coverage, organizational effectiveness, pricing governance, and cross-functional execution across SEA. Represents Axis externally and contributes to regional management strategy. The role requires extensive regional travel and leadership experience in technology, networking, or physical security sales.

Drive software quality throughout the development lifecycle by designing exploratory, automated, API, UI, and integration testing solutions. Evaluate AI-powered tools for testing, defect detection, risk analysis, and engineering productivity. Collaborate with developers, product owners, and architects, improve CI/CD and automation practices, influence QA strategy, and coach colleagues on quality practices.

Owns and structures global growth strategy for Business Intelligence and Operational Efficiency. Develops use cases and partner ecosystems, enables sales channels, coordinates regional scaling, influences product roadmaps, supports training and partner programs, measures market results, and collaborates with marketing. The role requires strong business development experience, security or IT industry knowledge, solution selling expertise, stakeholder influence, and fluent English. It is a permanent, full-time, on-site position in Lund, Sweden.
