Define strategy, ensure fit-for-purpose model development and governance, foster stakeholder adoption, and modernize analytics capabilities while managing team performance and delivery.

Support and operate Azure-based data platforms (Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Databricks, SQL), monitor performance, handle incidents, automate operational tasks, manage environment promotions and capacity, and collaborate with engineering, cloud, and business teams to ensure reliable, secure, and cost-effective data and AI operations.

Manage personal injury, property damage, and medical malpractice claims for non-US professional lines. Lead claims from first notice to settlement, evaluate coverage and reserves, liaise with underwriters, brokers, TPAs, legal advisors and clients, handle Lloyd's Syndicate/IUA/company claims, and support cross-functional projects to improve claims performance.
