Lead full-cycle recruitment for technology, data, operations and transformation roles. Partner with hiring managers and HR to design sourcing strategies, build pipelines, assess candidates, manage offers, and provide market intelligence and recruiting metrics to support hiring decisions and process improvement.

Handle cyber insurance claims from intake through resolution: analyze exposures, set reserves, validate coverage, prepare coverage positions, coordinate with insureds/attorneys/brokers, attend mediations/arbitrations, validate payments, and maintain accurate claim files and coding. Participate with underwriters and occasional travel as needed.

Support actuarial regulatory activities across AXIS Group: calculate reserves and technical provisions (GAAP, Solvency II, IFRS 17), assist SCR and ORSA processes, prepare actuarial reporting deliverables, and improve data, calculation and reporting capabilities.
