Partner with senior leaders to build foundational people systems for scale: performance management, manager enablement, leveling, onboarding/offboarding, feedback loops, workforce planning, and data-driven retention and engagement strategies. Coach managers on sensitive employee relations and collaborate with Recruiting, Finance, and Operations to align compensation and organizational design.

The Quality Insights Lead will manage customer success post-onboarding, ensuring satisfaction through data insights and proactive support. Responsibilities include monitoring account health, resolving issues, and identifying expansion opportunities.

Manage technical workstreams and client-facing projects for enterprise software implementations, ensuring successful AI deployments and customer satisfaction. Lead user sessions and presentations while collaborating with team members.
