Develop tools for theorem retrieval, library search, formalization assistance, Lean metaprogramming, and verification pipelines for scientific equations. Collaborate with researchers to define impactful projects, conduct publishable scientific work, and contribute to open-source projects involving AI-assisted physics formalization.

Staff Backend Software Engineer responsible for technical direction, architecture, and hands-on development of scalable backend and AI infrastructure. Owns foundational platform services, databases, observability, reliability, security, cost optimization, and cloud deployment. Leads cross-functional initiatives, establishes engineering standards, authors RFCs, mentors engineers, and contributes to AI integrations and frontend work as needed. The role is hybrid in Boston, Massachusetts.
