Owns relationships, account plans, pipelines, and growth strategies for international markets, agencies, and institutions. The role advances and closes negotiated agreements for human spaceflight, station access, research, and payload services; leads stakeholder engagement and negotiations; partners with Legal, Finance, Engineering, and Government Relations; ensures ITAR, EAR, and FCPA compliance; represents Axiom in international engagements; and provides forecasts and market intelligence to revenue leadership.

Leads the Structures and Mechanisms team supporting Environmental Control and Life Support System designs across multiple aerospace programs. Responsibilities include workforce and resource planning, technical governance, engineering standards, quality reviews, risk management, staffing forecasts, metrics, continuous improvement, knowledge management, and technical capability development. The role provides subject matter expertise, mentors engineers, oversees flight hardware development and verification activities, and ensures delivery meets cost, schedule, quality, and customer requirements.

Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CPO and CIO across calendars, travel, expenses, meeting preparation, action-item tracking, cross-functional coordination, SOPs, and use of project management tools to ensure priorities are executed and delivered.
