Teams at Axiom Space

Develops, maintains, and manages integrated master schedules across complex space programs. Coordinates project scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, budgets, and timelines with cross-functional teams and product leaders. Communicates progress and risks to stakeholders, applies agile project management methods, supports engineering development lifecycle planning, and creates advanced reports, dashboards, and schedule analyses.

Own the full lifecycle of electromechanical ground support equipment for EVA system-level testing, including requirements, design, procurement, fabrication, checkout, integration, documentation, and readiness reviews. Coordinate with internal teams, external test facilities, customers, and partners. Develop technical documents and presentations, support test planning and execution, and travel to test events as needed. The role is onsite and may require evening or weekend work.

Leads a software test and project support team responsible for designing and developing scalable test frameworks for Axiom flight software. Oversees software validation and verification, collaborates with software, hardware, systems, safety, and architecture teams, manages milestones and resources, communicates project status, and implements agile project management and process improvements.
