Manage fabrication-focused projects from estimating and planning through production and installation. Coordinate sales, design, CNC, fabrication, and installation teams; ensure quality, budget, schedule adherence, client communication, and frequent local site visits.

Create manufacturable SolidWorks models, drawings, and BOMs from concepts; ensure designs align with shop capabilities, budgets, and schedules. Validate feasibility and profitability, collaborate with project teams, and support production and purchasing through accurate documentation and ERP integration. Apply knowledge of materials, fabrication processes, and structural steel to deliver installable assemblies.

Produce flawless paint and finish work for custom fabrication projects. Prepare substrates, mix and apply primers, paints, and clear coats using spray equipment, create samples, inspect and touch up work, maintain spray tools and work areas, and collaborate with fabrication teams to meet quality standards and schedules.

Perform powder coating and finishing operations: prepare parts, operate coating equipment, monitor curing, inspect finishes, assist with wet paint and specialty coatings, maintain quality and safety, and collaborate with production teams to meet schedules.

Lead and manage the installation department, directing installers on complex projects, conducting site visits, interpreting drawings, building schedules, allocating resources, and improving installation standards and workflows. Mentor staff, participate in field installs, ensure safety and compliance, coordinate logistics and tool inventory, and collaborate with engineering, shop management, and operations to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Owner of the brand responsible for end-to-end marketing: on-site photography and short-form video, asset library management, website and social content, content calendar and email marketing, PR and partnerships, sales enablement, and internal culture building. Acts as a solo marketer collaborating with sales, design, leadership, and external partners to create and preserve visual storytelling and grow Axiom’s brand presence.
