Manage fabrication projects from estimating and planning through production and installation. Coordinate sales, accounts, design, CNC, and fabrication teams; ensure quality, budgets, schedules, client communication, and site visits. Require hands-on metal fabrication/carpentry/woodworking experience and strong planning, process, and communication skills.

Create accurate SolidWorks models, drawings, and BOMs for manufacturable custom products. Ensure designs align with fabrication capabilities, budgets, schedules, and client requirements. Collaborate across teams, validate feasibility and profitability, select materials, and translate concepts into detailed production plans using ERP and project management schedules.

Lead Axioms marketing as a solo brand builder: shoot and edit photography/video, maintain digital asset library, manage website and social channels, create content calendars and sales materials, coordinate PR/partnerships, and drive internal culture and external community engagement.

Prepare and apply high-quality paint finishes on wood, metal, plastics, composites and foam. Tasks include surface preparation, sanding, filling, masking, mixing and spraying coatings, creating finish samples, inspecting and touch-up, maintaining spray equipment, and collaborating with fabrication and assembly teams to meet production schedules and quality standards.
