Senior HR Business Partner responsible for advising managers, resolving employee relations, driving performance and development processes, implementing people programs, analysing people data, and partnering cross-functionally to improve engagement and D&I across global teams.

Partners with managers and leaders on organizational design, performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development, engagement, and talent strategy. Owns the team member experience, supports HR compliance, coaches managers, develops diversity and inclusion practices, analyzes workforce trends, and collaborates on HR programs. Requires 5+ years of HR experience, strong communication and influencing skills, data-driven decision-making, organization, adaptability, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Source and screen legal talent globally by developing creative recruiting strategies, managing candidate pipelines, conducting market and competitor research, and providing funnel metrics. The role partners with recruiters and leadership, supports diversity and referral initiatives, engages candidate networks, and contributes to talent brand and candidate experience projects.
