Partners with sales, product, technology, delivery, legal talent, and commercial teams on proposals, pilots, managed solutions, and strategic adoption projects. Advises clients on AI transformation, policy, risk, security, vendor selection, rollout, and success measurement while developing thought leadership and repeatable solution frameworks.

Manages complex employee relations matters for legal talent, including workplace investigations, performance concerns, conduct issues, harassment and discrimination complaints. Partners with People leadership and Legal counsel on recommendations and resolutions, coaches managers on employee relations practices, handles sensitive wellness concerns, maintains confidential case documentation, identifies recurring themes, and contributes to compensation, policy, and global People initiatives.

Drive new business and account growth across mid-market and SMB clients. Responsibilities include prospecting, originating and closing deals, managing complex sales cycles, building trusted client relationships, consulting with C-level legal executives, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing thought leadership. The role requires consultative B2B selling, executive communication, CRM usage, organization, and a strong service orientation.
