Provide multilingual, multi-channel support to Japanese-speaking trading clients. Handle inquiries, escalations, trade investigations, and validations while supporting retention and client outcomes. Identify recurring issues, collaborate with internal teams, document cases accurately, follow regulatory and quality procedures, and contribute to sustainable resolutions and service improvements. The role requires rotating day and weekend shifts, strong Japanese and English communication, customer-service experience, CRM and service desk proficiency, and eligibility to work in Malaysia.

Manage daily middle-office operations for a global FX and CFD brokerage, including client, cash, and prime broker reconciliations; trading platform administration; platform health monitoring; discrepancy investigations; control and regulatory recordkeeping; and cross-functional issue resolution. The role also identifies automation and workflow improvement opportunities across trading operations.
