The Solutions Architect will lead the technical narrative for Axiad Mesh, advising clients, delivering demos, and ensuring technical execution. Responsibilities include engaging with customers, designing proof-of-value projects, and providing feedback to internal teams.

Own reliability, observability, and delivery for a cloud-native, multi-tenant Kubernetes platform. Build CI/CD, GitOps, IaC, and AI-first automation for incident response and LLM infrastructure. Instrument SLOs and tracing, harden secrets and supply-chain security, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers in AI-driven operations.

Hunt and close new enterprise accounts on the East Coast, using intelligence-led, data-driven sales processes. Build strategic win plans with ISR and RevOps, manage pipeline and forecasts, engage C-level buyers, and provide market and product feedback to pre-sales and product teams.
