Lead the global Workday integration following the Axcelis-Veeco merger and establish it as the HR system of record for approximately 3,000 employees. Set the HR technology roadmap, governance, data standards, reporting, and release management practices. Translate business needs into Workday solutions, lead the HRIS team, manage external partners, and support workforce analytics, compliance, and scalable operations across manufacturing and corporate environments.

Develop production-quality real-time C/C++ software for ion beam generation, tuning, monitoring, and control in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include machine control, embedded systems, hardware and software integration, closed-loop control, signal processing, simulator and hardware testing, feature development, and field issue resolution. The role collaborates with software, hardware, process engineering, scientific, marketing, quality, and product support teams and may involve travel to customer sites.

Develop production-quality real-time C/C++ control software for ion beam generation, tuning, uniformity, and angle control in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities include enhancements, defect fixes, requirements and design collaboration, field issue resolution, hardware and simulator testing, embedded systems development, closed-loop control, signal processing, and high-speed data acquisition. The role may involve domestic and international customer-site travel and cleanroom work.
