Entry-level rotational program focused on digitalization, automation, data analysis, and business process improvement. The participant will rotate through capacity planning, supply chain, manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and engineering functions, developing digital tools and implementing solutions across manufacturing plants. The role may require relocation or travel and is designed to build broad technical and operational leadership experience over three years.

Supports the global sustainability program by managing ESG data, documenting GHG inventories, preparing submissions for sustainability raters, and assisting with sustainability reports and regulatory disclosures such as CSRD. The role analyzes sustainability metrics, improves reporting processes, responds to ESG inquiries, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on evolving sustainability initiatives.

Conducts automotive refinish coatings research, including paint sample preparation, panel testing, result analysis, formulation support, and work-plan execution. Communicates findings through presentations and contributes to customer, supplier, manufacturing, and product-launch activities. Supports issue resolution, alignment batches, laboratory safety, 5S standards, and multi-project milestones while applying chemistry, polymer science, and paint technology knowledge.
