The role requires frequent travel across the assigned territory, up to 60% of the time.

Twelve-month rotational trainee program for Chemical Engineering graduates or expected graduates. Participants rotate through Commercial, Demand Planning, Development Laboratory, and Projects, supporting customer relationships, market analysis, sales forecasting, S&OP, paint formulation and testing, innovation, process improvement, and strategic decision-making. The role offers accelerated development, exposure to leadership, and experience across the coatings industry and value chain. Immediate start in Guarulhos, São Paulo, with travel and relocation availability required.

Leads EMEA regulatory compliance and product stewardship for paints, coatings, and raw materials. Monitors legislation, assesses regulatory and formulation changes, maintains SDS and labeling compliance, responds to disclosure requests, develops procedures, and drives process improvements. Partners cross-functionally with R&D, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to support product safety, market access, and regulatory excellence.
