Leads requirements, architecture, design, integration, and testing of electric and hybrid-electric propulsion systems for prototype eVTOL, solar-powered, and uncrewed aircraft. The role involves propulsion trade studies, failure-mode analysis, design reviews, systems engineering collaboration, hands-on subsystem integration, ground testing, and on-aircraft test support. Candidates need an engineering degree, at least four years of experience, and expertise in electro-mechanical machinery, power electronics, controls, propulsion components, and system testing.
