Supports insurance agency operations and policy sales by helping clients secure coverage, conducting welcome calls, maintaining policy status, following up on carrier requirements, and handling service inquiries. Refers renewal and retention opportunities to sales teams while assisting agency leadership with daily business management. This is a part-time remote role for Texas residents, requiring three to four weeks of onsite training in Austin.
