Manage multilingual content production, review and improve article quality, coordinate writers and deadlines, publish content in WordPress and other CMS platforms, support guest-post campaigns, and ensure client and publisher standards are met. The role also explores responsible AI-assisted content creation, humanizes AI-generated content, and collaborates with developers to automate content assignment, quality assurance, and publishing workflows.

Owns improvements to the B2B marketing and sales funnel, focusing on lead quality, conversion, customer experience, and qualified opportunities. Responsibilities include analyzing bottlenecks, optimizing website UX and landing pages, coordinating A/B tests, developing case studies, improving sales materials, creating reports, and managing cross-functional implementation projects with Marketing, Sales, Content, Design, and Development.
