Senior DevOps Engineer responsible for operating and evolving a DoD-focused multitenant PaaS. Duties include managing Kubernetes clusters, tenant support up to Tier 3, automating workflows via GitOps/CI-CD, ensuring security/compliance in isolated cloud regions (C2S/GovCloud), and designing observable, auditable, scalable platform components.

Design, build, and operate scalable ingestion, curation, and metadata-enrichment pipelines for enterprise data catalog and discovery. Ensure data quality, schema evolution, lineage, and cost-efficient large-scale processing; translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and support downstream mission use.

Design, build, and operate enterprise search and indexing systems that federate discovery across heterogeneous sources. Apply vector search, embeddings, semantic search, RAG, and ranking techniques to surface relevant results, tune relevance and performance at scale, and enforce access-aware retrieval governed by user role and permissions. Collaborate with customers and stakeholders, support sensitive defense/INTEL use cases, and ensure explainability and compliance.

The Senior AI/ML Engineer will develop and enhance AI/ML models using Python, specializing in OPIR domain expertise, with a focus on object identification and classification.

Develop and optimize image-processing algorithms for OPIR/sensor data in Python. Work on R&D analytics, deploy algorithms with containerization and databases, collaborate with a small team, and communicate results to stakeholders. On-site at Wright-Patterson AFB; active Top Secret clearance required.
