Visit properties, recommend improvements, resolve complex queries, maintain CRM records, and collaborate with internal teams. Build partnerships with estate agents, property professionals, and community stakeholders to generate new owner opportunities. Coach team members, represent the James Collection locally, and drive owner satisfaction, retention, revenue, occupancy, and referrals.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with holiday homeowners and guests, delivering premium service and managing a portfolio of properties. Visit homes, provide recommendations using market and pricing insights, maintain accurate CRM records, manage follow-ups, support referrals and portfolio growth, and share owner feedback internally. The role requires collaboration across commercial and operational teams, weekend flexibility, local market awareness, and a full clean driving license.
