The Director of Quality Assurance will lead the Quality team, optimize supply chains, advocate for quality standards, and innovate manufacturing processes while driving cost optimization and improving customer experience.

Design responsive e-commerce experiences from discovery to post-purchase. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final specs; run A/B tests; partner with product, engineering, and analytics; maintain design system and iterate using user research and data; leverage AI and LLM tools to accelerate design workflows.

Execute daily community management across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and emerging platforms. Respond to comments and DMs, moderate conversations, route support inquiries, manage content calendar, schedule and publish content, QA tagging, support creative ideation, monitor trends, and help run community experiences and micro-events to maintain a consistent, on-brand presence.
