Lead VoC to aggregate feedback, diagnose drivers of satisfaction, map and optimize the customer journey, and design data-driven retention programs (NPS, CSAT, LTV). Build and manage a team, partner cross-functionally with retail, engineering, brand, and learning, and scale personalization and Surprise & Delight initiatives to boost loyalty.

As a Keyholder, you will lead the retail team, provide exceptional customer service, support team development, and ensure operational success.

The Associate Design Director, Luggage will lead luggage design innovation, execute design strategies, mentor a team, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance product performance and sustainability.
