Teams at Away

Manage end-to-end inventory allocation across 16 retail stores and e-commerce, including initial allocations, replenishment, seasonal floorsets, inventory health, and Open-to-Buy reporting. Analyze store performance, assortment needs, sales and receipt variances, and inventory risks. Partner with Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Engineering, Data, Operations, Store teams, and 3PL partners to improve allocation workflows, delivery schedules, stock buffers, and inventory flow.

Lead and support retail associates while delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales and KPI goals, and maintaining strong store operations. Responsibilities include coaching team members, onboarding new hires, providing feedback, supporting marketing events, and partnering with store management. The role requires open availability, regular weekend and closing shifts, and the ability to perform physical store duties including standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 25 pounds.
