Provides HR administration and advisory support across the Northern Region, including employment documentation, employee records, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, employee relations, and manager support. The role also contributes to HR projects and process improvement initiatives while ensuring accurate, consistent service delivery. This is a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover position in Auckland.
